iPad Kiosk Template

This is a reposted project. Details have changed as we will no longer be using Wordpress or Gravityforms. We are utilizing Kioskpro plus on our iPads (Gen 1 & 2). We need a simple kiosk design using HTML that will pull locally from the iPad and not remote. Here is how it works. HTML files are downloaded to the ipad automatically as updated. The kiosk software launches a browser that can either pull from a remote web server or locally stored HTML files. We chose local stored HTML files as we cannot guarantee connections 100% of the time. Here is my thoughts on a typical setup. The kiosk will be placed in waiting rooms (for the most part) where people sit for an hour on average. The primary screen will rotate with different content to get their attention. When they touch screen to begin they are presented with multiple options to choose from or if only one option available it goes straight to detail page. From the details page there is a link to the register / signup page. This page will collect their info (Name email/phone) and email immediately the information to an email address or upload into our mailchimp API. Target Audience: 30yr - 80yr females Fairly simple template structure. Basic requirements: 1. All code is stored locally on iPads (HTML, Images, etc) 2. Must play embedded video files (also stored locally) 3. Integrated customizable forms (must upload to Mailchimp or at least email the form when completed on kiosk)
