We developed an Add-in for Microsoft Outlook that checks each recipient, client/server in real time, when the user clicks Send. If any recipient does not have TLS, it pops up a window that allows the user to Cancel, Delete, or Send. A description of the Add-in and videos of it in action are at [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] Our project is to develop this same functionality for gmail. We can provide the C# source code for the Outlook Add-in. It is 850 lines and is very simple because most of the work is done on our servers. We are looking for well documented code that we can maintain in the future.
