Brief AIAS is an Natural Medicine education provider that will be developing a 10-15 page eBook aimed at natural therapy practitioners in Australia. The book will be distributed to a database of existing natural therapy businesses around Australia and will also be available for download from the college website. Target audience The target audience will have a high level of specific knowledge within their areas of practice. The target audience for this eBook includes. • Qualified Nutritionists • Qualified Naturopaths, Homeopaths, Aromatherapists • Qualified Remedial Massage therapists • Qualified Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioners etc Theme of eBook The eBook will be themed around valuable, up-to-date information on both the academic and industry developments within the natural therapy industry. The eBook will both be an information tool for the reader as well as aim to position AIAS as thought leader within the Natural Therapy Industry. The two key areas of focus in this eBook is to identify and articulate the content around 1. Ways that you can up-skill your existing qualification (i.e. from a certificate to a diploma or diploma to advance diploma ) 2. Adding new skills through courses offered by AIAS to compliment your existing qualification (i.e. a remedial massage therapist can provide nutritional information to clients. Content The content will include and not limit to; • New government/health regulations and accreditation • Courses that can accredit you to provide certain services • Industry trends within natural therapy, courses, services sought by clients • AIAS recognises prior learning (RPL) from most institutions so students can fast track their accreditations • Tips on how to offer best practice to clients • Any other information that would be of value to this audience Resources Resources for this eBook can be sourced from multiple locations both from locally and internationally.
