Hi there, I could develop a Windows based .NET application with a simple dialog where you can type customer details and later export them as CSV file. App could run 100% locally so no any network required, and any computer which has .NET 4.61 is fine.

Please send me your current Excel forms program. It will help me in designing the form to capture client information. Please also send me the format of the CSV that you want to generate from this program. Then I will write a program in HTML/JavaScript in such a way that you can run this program on any laptop, tablet or smart phone. There will not be requirement of Internet connection or WiFi. It will work independently in any browser having support of JavaScript. Further the design of the form will be responsive and so the same program will run on any device be it desktop or laptop or tablet or smart phone.
