My website is 90% plus finished --- need help completing asap ....

I have a detailed website that sells cards (greetings) , photo cards , and photo prints as well ....... It has been worked on for about a year by our team part time --- and then we hired an individual from here ... Honestly long story short I got ripped off with the promises and timeline being so off of the contract.. In hopes we could still work it out I kept moving ahead ... Well i am at a point where we are so so close but need someone to finish what was done and clean it up a drop ... I understand most dont like to come in after someone but it was done well and doesnt need much at all ---- It is complete from front to backend .... we really just need some template work done for the card section and some flash slideshows as well ..... Also as these sections are fixed up ----- I would like to use the same individual to add some of the templates up and have them running .. I am asking for this because this will be an ongoing project that will require monthly updates and new templates added all year long ---- I am as honest as they come --- this is a running company and has been successful for over 10 years / online for about 7 years ---- This new update has really thrown things off unfortunately -- so the bad news is we need it up and running asap ---- and i mean asap -- I hate asking for that --- but I am certainly leaving room for change and advancement as we continue to work together - If interested -- and the positive news is with the ongoing success this an opportunity that will last --- well as long as you are able to help ---- the site will change with seasons and technology and templates will be added weekly and monthly -- these will be parts you will continue to be paid for throughout the year ----- a sample of a site that is about the same is a site such as [login to view URL] but better as you will see ------ and again not much is left to be done except making sure the design / flash/ carts / templates are all working together and proper without errors --- (the main designer is really running out of his own time and communication is very very difficult ) I am hoping to find someone who can work on and get to a working level within a couple days tops --- and then will join our team ---- which will give you continuous work on this site which changes by season / sometimes changes by the week and I will need you to assist with this since I will be mostly on the road and will be sending you data from the studio and photo lab... I hope this is appealing to someone special who wants to be involved in something very very special that has made money offline for 12 years and online for 7 years --- unfortunately I understand most do not like jumping into someone elses work -- but the end opportunity will be incredible -- Not only ongoing work with the current site ... but other opportunities in other major projects that are also ready to move ahead ! I hope to find someone available immediately and doesnt mind working until something is working or close to being complete -- and then the workload will slow down yet the price you get paid will still continue due to the continuous work and much easier workpace of course :) ! thank you in advance and I hope this is a nice team we are putting together ...
