Website in Dreamweaver

Here is the info from the client: Client provides art in Photoshop layers, Text can be sent in word email or however you would like. Need you to design in dreamweaver and give all the files so that client can make future changes. Needs to be finished within three weeks. I have attached images of what the site will look like : The interface/navigation is as basic as can be. Would love to dress it up with some easy 'flash' elements, sound effects, music if possible. There will be buttons with on/off states, and an 'info' screen(s) that will come up and overlay onto multiple background illustrations...6 total, at present. I am putting together all the art and will assume you can overlay text/copywriting onto the info screen(s), or that this stuff can be made part of the seperate art assets you place on top of the backgrounds. My boss asks for it to be done in dreamweaver. This because some of our other websites have been created using this software. This might help expedite any changes or amendments to the site we'd wish to make later on--- without having to hit you up for fixes or troubleshooting. Here are some preliminary spec's for the website: ---1 HOME PAGE, perhaps with some transluscent text or logo elements scrolling/fading in and out on top of this art (non-interactive), just to keep it interesting looking.... ---21 TOY/info window pages with descriptive copy & photos for each. These info window(s) should 'zoom out' of the background when activated, or otherwise be overlayed/'wiped' onto the 'category background illustrations'. ---1 STORY PAGE with relevant copy, depending on length of this copy, we may need an up/down scroll on this. ---1 RETAILERS page with TARGET link and some copy. ---1 FUN STUFF page ( 3 wall paper styles available for download, in 3 standard resolutions. Would like to be able to access/add more downloadable materials here as neccessary. ---1 LINKS page, with links four websites, and the following note: COMMENTS? PLEASE EMAIL US AT ---12 on/off state 'category' buttons, up/down 'scrolling' buttons, back/forward buttons, 'close window' buttons for info window(s). ---Sound effect(s) for button presses (same sound(s) for all buttons), generic 'soundtrack' music plays when site is launched. This music may be muted or volume controlled with applicable interface elements. Some other important considerations for you... Our text/copy must be 'dynamic' text that can be read by search engines, as opposed to copy that has been made part the graphics. I guess this means that you will need to input much of the copy, which I will provide to you. The website will be hosted offsite by a company called NETWORK SOLUTIONS. We would like some manner of site management interface with which we can do our own simple changes, such as uploading new item pics, downloadables, and copy.
