Web Site mock up from Photoshop file - FLASH needed

I have a site designed in photoshop that I need converted to a functional site for a client proposal - need the FLASH work completed for the presentation, none of the rest of the site needs to work for this phase. The FLASH is not too complicated, just need to be able to take the completed photoshop file and code it in FLASH for the effects.
