Basic/simple web site templates

I have started a small business in Massachusetts, US. I am looking for quotes at 3 levels. FOCUS: I have recently started a small business developing simple web sites to local small businesses. My business model is that I start by providing a simple site (to my customer), 3 to 10 pages, which I host. Here they promote their current business through this basic, yet attractive site; maybe updating 1 or 2 text pages a month. If they desire 6 months from now, we can expand their site with script and/or tools (shopping cart, data base…). I consult with the customer. First I need a quote on a simple, basic, yet professional web site for a small business. Flash, animation, video is NOT necessary. I tailor the site to the customer’s business personality (which I will proved to you). The site will contain pages like ‘about us’, ‘faq’, ‘contact us’, ‘news, updates, and contacts’, and related pages. I will supply you with the basic text as provided by the customer. You and I will determine the best way to work the passing of information after I determine the freelancer to do business with. I need the best price quote to be on a per site quote. My model is to provide a quality site at rock bottom price. I will make up some on my hosting, and we (you and I) will get our residual income via upgrading their site. Based upon what we (you and I) feel will work best, the more likely scenario is that I will request the site, with standard information you and I agree upon. I present it the customer, and they may request a little fine-tuning. Again, I provide the text, which you may modify. This quote id for the basic site, any building onto the site is not a part of your bid. I need a second quote, on a simpler site. For the business that wants a site, but will use it just as an advertisement. Probably 3 pages (Page 1 – Home, Page 2 – About Us, and Page 3 – Contact Us). We will more than likely not updating this site. I need a third quote, probably an hourly rate, for when we later upgrade a given site. One may want a parts DB, another a catalog, and another a E-Store… I will allow you to maintain a copy of the code, but I need to have the complete package incase I need to do some updating myself. In other words, you can keep the code but I get a full and complete package of everything that you build for me. Finally, I am looking for a long term working relationship with the freelancer. I have my responsibilities here, and do not want to micro-manage each project. I want a strong and long term working relationship. I desire to work with one key person that I can always get a quick response from. My philosophy is that I want to grow my business, not worrying about your expertise, and give you a steady source of business because my customers are getting a quality product.
