SMM propagation

I will be getting 1 article per day to place on my blog. I will need the following done. 1. get an image to match this article then load the article with the image on the blog. Optimize for keywords when loading 2. propagate the information about this article in my social Media network that includes Twitter, facebook, g+, Pinterest, Youtube. The link will be that of the blog to that article page. 3. I need to also propagate this article to various Web2 properties, you can provide a list. At the end of each week I would like all 7 articles created that week to be placed automatically in an email and sent to our subscribers. I will deliver the articles weekly and you will do the work once a week. If you have a questions please let me know. Article body size will be 250 words. This is a long term gig. I need a quote for work on a weekly basis.
