We require an administrative assistant to help us each and every daily with repeated essential administration tasks for our business. You will need to have the following skills: 1) Excellent written and spoken English. 2) Ability to understand and use Twitter 3) Ability to understand and use Linkedin Your requirements: 1) Search through news feeds using a feedly account – logins will be provided. 2) Find good recent articles within the morning feeds and save them to Getpocket – logins will be provided to you. 3) You will then be required to post them to the required social platforms for us and our clients using bufferapp – logins will be provided to you. The tasks should take you no longer than 2 hours per day. However you WILL be expected to carry out the tasks 7 days per week. We will manage you and the work you are carrying out by adding you to our project management system. Once you have shown good ability to perform the above tasks for one or two of our clients we will gradually increase your workload and hours within your available time. Your ongoing work will be 2 hours per day for which we will pay you $8 per hour. The initial trial will be for two days and only managing one of our client accounts. When you fully grasp what you will be doing and are comfortable with your work you will be given an additional client to manage this work for and will be able to perform the work for both clients within the 2 hours. You should be up to speed within 2 days as this is not complicated work however it is highly essential and needs to be done well. As well as adding you to our Project system to simplify the tasks you will be required to carry out we will also have a skype conversation with you sharing screens to fully explain everything to you. If this is of interest to you please place your bid of maximum $8 per hour. Also please detail any similar tasks and work you have carried out. Also please detail your English ability both spoken and written. Also please detail your experience using Twitter and Linkedin. Providing VA services for last 4 years. And I've read your project. Providing same services to one of my US client. Managing his WP sites and posting articles, managing his facebook account, CL postings etc. I'm good in spoken English along with written. But I can not write articles. I've worked on twitter for a client for getting followers and tweets. Also do have account on LinkedIN. But so far I did not work on any linkedin project. Well. I'll work in between 4-8 GMT.
