Facebook App With manage_pages and publish_pages approved

Hello, How much for creating a facebook app that has manage_pages and publish_pages permissions approved? Just to be clear, I don't need any programming at all. Just setup the app in [login to view URL] and get the permissions approved. That's it. ¿Can you assign me as administrator after permissions are approved and then remove your self from the app? ¿How long would it take? I just need the app keys to put them in my CMS so that when editors check the "send to facebook" checkbox, the system automatically publishes the article to facebook. The only information I plan to provide is some of my website´s urls with no admin access so you can create the videos and explain to facebook how the permissions will be used. The idea is that you can just put me as an administrator for the app, and remove yourself from it once the job is completed. Thanks in advance...
