Requirements for Video content a) Content category: Kids/Childrens etc b) Duration of each content: minimum 5minutes to 8 minutes. c) Topics of the videos: Will be provided after awarding the project. With details guideline, subtopics and framework so that it will be easy for you. d) Total video(s): 20 to 25 video ( +/- 5 videos depending upon requirements) e) Content: 100% original and Unique. No copy paste work will be allowed. If any issue is observed regarding the content originality, seller is responsible for the same before and even after delivering the content for the project. No copyright music. f) Language: ENGLISH ( with proper grammar & spellings) g) Revisions: upto 5. ( Spelling, spacing, formating and grammatical mistakes not included in the revisions) h) Output file type: compatible to youtube video format ( please communicate before sending the file) i) Copyrights will be transferred from seller to the buyer automatically. No claims accepted there after. Seller SHOULD NOT sell/resell/distribute/copy/transfer/hold/give away the content to any other party without written permission from the buyer. j) Images used in the videos shall be copyrights free. k) AUDIO SHOULD BE LOUD AND CLEAR. AND IS VERY IMPORTANT. No COMPROMISE IN AUDIO QUALITY l) Video quality shall be Full HD quality m) Video shall be created using powerpoint/screen recording etc. Recording with mobile/camera is not required. n) There should be no logo/watermarks/symbols on the video, unless it is specified o) background should be white p) Interested creator shall send the sample video of 5 mins as per Sr.5 q) No background music, unless specified. Sr.2 Budget of the project a) This budget is for the total videos (25) mentioned in Sr1.(d). b) THIS IS FIXED PROJECT WORK. DO NOT CONSIDER HOURLY JOB. Sr. 3 Terms and Conditions a) By accepting the project it is understood that you have accepted the terms and conditions from Sr.1 to Sr.5 b) MILESTONES WILL BE CREATED FOR EACH ARTICLES. c) FIRST MILESTONE WILL BE CREATED AND AFTER SENDING THE VIDEO OTHER MILESTONE WILL BE CREATED. d) WITHOUT SUBMITTING THE VIDEO MILESTONE WILL NOT BE RELEASED. e) BIDS WILL BE EVALUATED AND SELECTED AS PER BUYER'S DISCRETION. f) NEXT MILESTONE WILL BE CREATED ONLY AFTER SUBMISSION OF THE ONGOING VIDEO, OTHERWISE NO MILESTONE WILL BE CREATED. BECAUSE IT IS FOUND THAT AFTER CREATING MILESTONE PROJECTS ARE NOT DELIVERED ON TIME. g) THIS PROJECT REQUIRES SIGNING OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY (IP) RIGHTS AGREEMENT. THE SELLER/CREATOR WILL ABIDE THE IP ACT OF INDIA AND GLOBALLY. IP RIGHTS WILL BE TRANSFERRED TO THE BUYER. Sr.4 How Revisions will be counted • Creators shall accommodate atleast 5 revisions set. • In each revision set, there can be multiple instructions. For e.g. Revision set : Improve audio, use proper images, trim the video, use proper examples etc…etc. Creator has to accommodate this type of 5 revision sets. Sr.5 Sample video details • Interested bidder/creator shall send the 5 mins sample video on various shapes such ( Circle, Square, Rectangle etc) • If the video is OK and comply the requirement mentioned in the projects, your video can be selected and project might awarded to you. • This video will be included in milestones and total numbers of videos HOW TO SUBMIT PROPOSAL?
