It will need to connect to Bitfinex via the API and be able to read the prices of a currency pair, then issue buy and sell orders on the pair. I will write the actual trading algo, I just need someone to create the framework to read the values (as often as possible, e.g. every 5 seconds if possible) and issue the orders.
