You prioritize your day based on upcoming deadlines. -The desire to always be learning and growing in your role. -A sense of humor - we love to laugh. -1-2 years administrative experience. -Strong Excel Skills What would be nice to have: -Familiar with medical terminology -Credentialing Experience What we have: -A team that cares about your development and success. -A close-knit team that is always willing to go above and beyond. -A stable business on a strong growth trajectory. -An office environment that thrives on collaboration. -Competitive pay and benefits package (Health, Dental, Vision, Short & Long-Term Disability, 401k with match). -Opportunities for advancement Who you'll be working with: -Our operations manager and other Administrative Associates (co-workers) -Our recruiters and account managers (internal clients) -Our partner facilities & vendors (external clients) -Our travel nurses & techs (external clients) What you'll be doing: -Collect & Review documents and credentials from our traveling RN and Tech candidates. -Ensure all documentation meets our client's standards. -Uploading documents to our clients and vendors. -Conduct background checks and set up drug screens. -Interacting with our travel staff to ensure receipt of all necessary credentials within a specified time frame. -Keeping our sales staff and external clients apprised of our candidate's progress. -Ensuring all deadlines are met. -Maintain compliance data and ensure employee compliance. -Prepare Monthly Audit Reports
