Hi, - I am a Python developer with proven and extensive experience writing scripts for data analysis with demonstrated quick turnaround. - Hands-on experience writing functions, routines and modules using Excel VBA. This is my approach: 1. Write a Python function to perform fuzzy string matching using third-part Python library (fuzzy wuzzy) 2. Build a COM server in Python to expose this method to Excel 3. Create a COM client as a custom-defined Excel function to return fuzzy matches on the fly. I am a computer science masters student and has done my master's research project in big data. We have implemented fuzzy rough set logic to build a machine learning algorithm for prediction system. I think I already have the strong base for fuzzy logic which makes me a better choice for this project.
