Expert with passion for life-extension research and next-generation sequencing analysis tutor needed for legally blind bioinformatics student I am looking for a dedicated person to teach me how to analyze next-generation sequencing data. The tutoring would take place remotely via Team Viewer and Skype. Hence, as long as there is internet access, location doesn’t matter. Knowledge, interest and passion for research about longevity, immortality, yeast, aging, caloric restriction, microarray analysis, Excel, R, SAS, heat maps, databases, sterol synthesis, regulation and transport as well as generating and visualizing gene and pathway interaction networks is a big plus. .
