Hello, I have been writing Access database for the past 20 years and have done a lot of work automating the importation of Excel files into Access, and then creating functions to automatically email from the database based on filters selected by the user. I have done quite a bit of work for NGO companies in South Africa where I am based. Based on the data you supplied, I could write a user friendly database with an import button to import new data, and then an email button where you could automatically send out emails based on filters your have selected.
