Contact List Build (Email and phone numbers)

I run a B2B Lead Generation agency and am looking some support to research contact details for a database of Decision Makers that I will provide in Excel format. The Excel currently contains the following columns: Company name Company country Contact full name Contact job title The objective of the project is to carry out web research to populate the account phone number, contact email address and direct line / mobile number wherever possible for the leads that are already on the spreadsheet. It is vital that the phone numbers researched are the company main reception phone numbers for the country that the leads are based in and that these numbers are accurate numbers that you can get transferred to the leads directly from. The email addresses must be direct business email addresses for the individual leads on the companies domain (Not personal Gmail / hotmail etc). Quality and attention to detail is highly important here. The information will be used for an email and telemarketing campaign so if quality is poor we will have email bounce back issues and ther telemarketing campaign will be inefficient. The leads we need this information populated for all work for telecoms service providers and are Global covering Asia, LATAM and Europe so it is very important numbers and email domains are sourced for the right company where the lead is based as these organisations have offices all over the world.
