Bilingual (Korean/English) Video Editor - Final Cut, Premier, or AVID

Our U.S. (English-speaking) production company needs a native Korean-speaker to edit 13 video interviews to be used in an art exhibition. Each interview contains a single subject, shot head-and-shoulders, on a white background. The subjects are all South Korean, speaking Korean, and the interviews have since been translated and transcribed in English for our use. The editor will be provided with these English-language transcriptions, that we have marked up with editing instructions. So more simply put, we need a Korean-language editor to take our English-language "paper cuts" and apply them to Korean-language interviews. Each video interview will be 20-45 minutes long, simply edited for content. Similar all-English-language interviews have required no more than an hour to edit each one. We will provide a hard-drive with 800 GB of 1920 x 1080 ProRez footage with timecode. Editor will return to us 13 edited pieces in XML or AAF format, complying with our pre-established editing transitions and techniques, as well as file name protocol. The job will be ready for assignment before the end of August, 2015. We will require completion within 2 weeks.
