PLC/HMI programming with Unitronics similar to SIEMENS S7 - Special customer made automation machine

We are searching for a PLC programmer to help us in our running project to develop an automatic customized automation machines. We are using Software-PLC from brand Unitronics. It's a simple programming language. If you can program SIEMENS S7 or similar you should be able to us the software from Unitronics as well. The Software is free to use and can be downloaded. Totally the device we need to program will be with 16 input signal and 13 output signals. The mechanical equipment is assembled and ready to use. We just need about 2 days to finishe the electric wiring and then we need to insert the program which we will do via freelancer to get the job done. The project is very urgent, so we need a programmer who is free and can start immediatelly with the work. Our target is to start immediatelly und finish within 2-3 days with the first program for testing. We will create Milestone like, one milestone after we receive the program and can insert into our device for first test. I guess we need about 2 days to test the program for function and if we need to make some update the programmer need follow up. After the follow up is done we will release a second milestone, like a pre-acceptance. Then we will test the system for about 1-2 weeks. If we found some issues, we need to update till the programm runs well. After all is settled we will release final milestone. The program must be written in English language.
