Need PageRank of 6 or 7 on Google for a new website.

Hello, We are currently looking for someone to bring up a website from a Google PageRank of 0 to 6-7 on Google. Our website is currently already listed in Google and Yahoo, and we are a premium member of Yahoo (We get indexed every 48 hours). We need such high PageRank because we will be competing in the web hosting industry. We understand that there is about 8,000,000 (literally) other websites competiting for this position. Our keywords that we are focusing on are (web hosting, reseller webhosting, and cheap web hosting). Our website has not been fully developed yet, but it will be done within 4 days. We can provide a link very shortly. The winner of the project would be expected to email us every other day with what work he has done to raise our rank, and if he has placed our link on other websites to increase link popularity, we must see the url to each website to verify. No adult sites, link farms or ffa's are allowed. This is how we are proposing our payment schedule... 10% of final bid when our PageRank rised to 1 15% when it rises to 2 15% when it rises to 4 20% when it rises to 5 40% when it rises to 6 There will be a 25% bonus of the final bid price if you can get us a PageRank of 7 and a 50% bonus of the final bid price if you can get us a PageRank of 8 (which is almost impossible) Please post the estimated time it will take for you to raise our rank from zero to one, two, three.....etc.
