20,000 Facebook Fans Needed

I need 20,000 fans for my Facebook page. * All fans must be real accounts * All fans must be have accounts with 30+ friends * All fans must have more than 2 pictures on their page * All fans must be age 18 and older * All fans must have regular status updates within 30 days (they have to be active people) * IMPORTANT - You must not add fans in a way that will get the page banned or suspended -- there will be no payment if the page is suspended within 14 days of delivery of the final product Please let me know the time frame required. Also, keep in mind that this is just a trial project so if you do the job well, you will be getting many more projects from me in the future. Thanks!
