Need to create a Windows based executable that, after being launched, looks to a pre-specified directory and continuously checks to see if a new *.sam file is created there. If/when a new file is detected, it should email notifications of it’s existence to a list of emails and/or attach a copy of the *.sam file. components are to include a "setup" module, to create list of emails to contact when a new file is found, the "monitoring" module to look for files with a .sam extension, and a "response" module, the response being generating an email and sending it to the emails in the setup contact list.
