Hello. Thanks for posting your project about Arduino and ATmega. Please find below a summary of my proposal. SCOPE OF THE WORK: - Read the datasheets of both CPUs, to learn about peripheral differences, pin maps, etc. - Replace the CPU and update design rules as needed - Design the PCB and send the mfg. files to a PCBA supplier in Asia. - Load all Arduino Libraries - Update/swap pins and adjust library params. to match the new CPU. - While waiting for the boards to arrive, run tests with the PoC board shipped by the client. - Ship a finished sample to the client (with bootloader included), and another to my location for tests. - Load the Arduino sketch in the new CPU - Measure current, voltage and power.
