Alright, I have understood it very well i.e I have a Inno compiler script that is skipping one section once it compiles and creates the setup exe file I have got plenty of experience in C Programming, x86/x64 Assembler, C++ Programming, Delphi and Software Architecture kinds of work and I am also available from now for this task Looking for a positive response Thanks . . !
