They must also be willing to sign a non-disclosure agreement and contract. Wanted, a virtual assistant for various members of staff of a busy business agency in the UK. Fluent written English language is an absolute necessity. Your role will be both staff and client facing and will involve using the following applications and documents; - Google sheets - Google documents - Pipedrive (CRM) - Gmail - Basecamp - Schedule once - Slack - MailChimp - Xero - Docusign - Squarespace - Other applications Your role will be both client facing and staff facing and tasks will be both regular and one off. You will be given very detailed instructions for every task with due dates/timings. Tasks will include - Making orders. - Sorting and cleaning data - Inputting data - Reading emails and setting follow up tasks - Booking appointments - Emailing clients - Instant messaging (with our team). - Light project management - Setting up projects - Inputting information to our CRM - Updating our website - Posting blog articles (copy provided) - Sourcing information - Other tasks Daily hours will be required of 2 hours per day to begin with. Your role will have the potential to increase to full time over time. We are happy to outsource this to a small team, or to a reliable individual. You will report to our Operations Manager initially but may also be set tasks by other team members at her request.

However, this won't be a problem for you since I can adapt my work schedule as needed. I have some past experience as a data entry. Particularly, I have worked for a year on a previous company in Argentina, copying laboratory procedures from paper into a digital database, for further consultation and use. Sometimes, I created those procedures directly from scratch into the database. I have also digitalized cards with clients' information from an hotel into a database, to be used as post-sale marketing and feedback. Lately, I have been working part-time filling content of websites and testing them. So, I use the computer and many tools on a daily basis. I am also very detail-oriented. Answering your publication, I have experience with Google sheets, Google documents, Gmail, Basecamp, and MailChimp. I can learn to use the other applications very fast! But have also experienc ein many of the softwares/tools you mentionned like Mailchimp, Google Docs...
