Magento data entry, general admin, basic photoshop virtual assistant to commence team

Details We require a hard working, intelligent person to work with our team to carry out many important duties such as data entry, general administration, basic photoshop retouch and virtual assistant for an online jewelry company. If you are the kind of person who can be given a task and follow through from start to finish making sure the quality of the task given is completed 100% accurately and to a high quality without supervision then this job is for you. The kind of jobs given on a daily basis would be: > entering configurable products into magento - this is absolutely a requirement! > basic photoshop. being able to change a white gold ring into yellow gold ring or vice versa. > correcting listings on Etsy, ebay, Amazon or magento to make sure all listing details match perfectly > data mining. researching companies that we could potentially sell our products wholesale to (we will supply SOP for these tasks) > testing usability of website for errors, speed and listing accuracy. an eye for detail > answering emails when necessary > answering phones using skype when necessary > answering live chat when necessary > other general administration Must have experience loading products to magento (especially configurable items). Must have a good eye for details, the small details are important. Must have the ability to quality control their own work. Must have the ability to work unsupervised, although we are here to support you when needs be. We will require around 20 hours per week to begin with and as necessary increase to 30 and possibly 40 hours per week as the companies needs grow. In order to be successful for this position we will need to conduct a few tests. 1. configurable product loading. 2. photoshop white gold to yellow gold on a piece of jewelry. 3. another test given at time of interview.
