Hi, I just offer because I think Excel has a fuction for this. You could try using the share fuction of Excel. This allow you to have a control about who make any change. Also you could create a macro where you add an option to update (saving the document) each 5 o 10 minutes. I think is not that difficult. I apologize if I did not understand the problem. Regards,
