Assist QA and data management via Screenshare

We have an employee who has issues using his hands because of a health condition. We therefor are looking for someone to assist him via screen sharing to do his quality assurance and data management tasks His job is mainly to test new features and update data Your job will be to actually execute these tasks for him to speed things up (do the typing) Also this person should take care of some of these tasks in case of absence (after being trained on them) In the morning he will call you and then you share your screen with him He will tell you what to do and guide you through the work So actually you are executing the mouse and keyboard according to his instructions as he has issues doing this Amount of work 4-8 hours daily , this should clarify after some time Requirements: Willingness to do a job that is mainly following instructions given by Skype or similar PC with really good internet connection Good english skills Basic IT knowledge
