In this project we will use R data mining programming and analysis. This is urgent project.
ı am looking for a person who has high information skill and has experience about this subject.
i want to build random forest model according to the data attached. I have 27 subjects and each subject has 3 sessions so all observations are 81 observations so I want to leave one observation out for test and use the other 80 for the model so as we have 27 subjects and 3 sessions for each so I build this sampsize vector
sampsize=c(3,3,3,3,3,3,3,3,3,3,3,3,3,3,3,3,3,3,3,3,3,3,3,3,3,3,3)
so in that sample size vector i build the loop for each i to let one observation out from each class subject and leave the other classes the same as in screenshot
what i want also is to define the test data (one observation from each class ) on each iteration of the loop and predict the random forest and the result
