I would like a spreadsheet created that will allow me to track my purchasing budgets for the coming year.
The spreadsheet should in turn allow me to enter a suppliers name, the amount (with and without VAT, the date of delivery and also the due date for payment. This will allow me to keep track of all my purchases and stay within budget. A lot of my orders come via confirmation on pdf or excel and some even paper copies so all I would need to do is enter the details. It should also allow me to very easily look at what amounts are yet to be delivered (future invoices) from a particular supplier.
