As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by efficiently resolving customer service tickets and inquiries.
Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: Remote
Work Hours: Pacific Standard Time, 7:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Responsibilities:
Manage and resolve customer service tickets related to orders, returns, inquiries, and other issues promptly and courteously.
Follow up on customer orders to provide status updates, estimated delivery times, and any necessary adjustments.
Collaborate closely with manufacturers to ensure accurate and timely order processing, including tracking shipments and addressing any delays.
Assist customers in creating new orders, making modifications to existing orders, and providing guidance on product selection.
Communicate effectively with customers and vendors through email, chat, and phone, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Utilize Excel sheets and related functions/methods to manage and track customer orders, returns, and other relevant data.
Provide exceptional service that aligns with our company's commitment to customer satisfaction and brand reputation.
Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge, customer service skills, and proficiency in using relevant software tools.
Requirements:
Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-centric approach.
Proficiency in using Excel spreadsheets, including functions and methods for data management and analysis.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and processes, including importing products to a website, is a plus.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries and issues with empathy and professionalism.
Flexibility to work Pacific Standard Time, from 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
Ability to communicate fluently and confidently in English, both written and spoken.
