USA Resident A+ english skills for virtual customer service

We need USA resident Virtual Assistant for general daily purposes to assist customer and provide support to our operations staff. You will be working virtually from your home office to assist us in customer service, providing basic data entry, administrative tasks, and taking orders for our websites if someone calls in.
We will need you to be available from 8 am - 5 pm CST to answer calls during these times.. You will be given a sheet to record orders on when customers call. Its very simple an alot of room for growth when the websites start really picking up.
You must meet these qualifications:
1) Be proficient in English.
2) Be Detail Oriented.
3) Like to communicate with customer through virtual chat and phone
4) Have internet access and utilize Skype. Most skype will be getting tasks from me
5) Have basic computer literacy, be familiar with Microsoft Excel
6) You must be Available 3 - 5 hours a day to execute any work given to you. The first month or first few months you will only be getting around 5 to 20 calls a day. Most of the calls are asking about shipping time, how long it takes for us to ship, info about the products, how much our products resell for, how long weve been in business. We will give you a worksheet that will allow you to answer all the questions that can possibly be asked.
We run many websites, some of them are as the following.. Sunglass site, handbag site, art and decor site, watch site, clothing site. Keep in mind when answering calls and talking to customers, you cannot have lound background noise. It needs to be quiet, no kids in the background. We will have our high up CEO's calling every once in a while to test the skills talking.

You must answer with our company name for each call on the line.
Also send Your Skype ID for 24/7 Chat for better communication so as to instruct you of your daily assignment.

We will be Only paying you at the end of every month.
