For implementing the buddy allocator, you need to use divide and conquer approach to find best block size to allocate. I have experience coding divide and conquer algorithms in C, C++ and Java.I have also studied Operating Systems, so I have studied about various allocation techniques. Give me 4-5 days, I will look into all test cases and write my code accordingly.
