Proof of Concepts VR Graphics Driver Bot (Population: One)

As far as challenges go in the software sphere, Virtual Reality poses some of the greatest challenges. I am looking for a tool that is able to pinpoint the three-dimensional coordinates of all players on the active server, track the movement of selected NPC/players movement in real-time whether obstructed or not, identify their names and or screennames, distances based on total rendered play area size, and lock the cursor on the closest NPC/player.
