THIS IS NOT A VIDEO EDITOR POSTION, WE ONLY WORK WITH INDIVIDUALS FROM THE AMERICAS, EU AND ASIA. i want the program to be bale to take a long MP4 file of raw video and audio. Randomly cut to scene where certain colors appear, but also the parts where i'm talking for at least 10 seconds, or there is a certain ammount of color being shown in bottom left. so to make it clearer, we want it to be used for game play footage. when a player gets a kill, their name shows up in the bottome left corner in yellow. for single instances it would be a quick cut with a few seconds before and after the kill. then for instancces of 4 or more it drags on longer. Or where we are talkign at a certain volume it would make sure to keep that. And to be able to change the total legnth of the videos output. This project is inspired by this git repository.
