Interactive e-marketplace

I need a interactive e-marketplace where supplier can exhibit there products to consumers. It will be consisting of four elements: 1. user interface 2. supplier interface 3. Admin interface 4. Database It is not an auction site, but a catalogue web-site where the user can choose the product that he finds the best among a broad variety of suppliers at a fixed price. The website will be running in multi language and will have to be easy to maintain. All interfaces of the website shall be accessible in all languages. The osCommerce can be used as the basis for the website. Most of the functions required are already created there and can utilized. I have created a publisher document containing the graphics and a powerpoint document to describe the various functions that i need. A description of the accounting system and database are described in an excel spreadsheet ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? When an order has been placed on the website a module will calculate the approximate delivery time by taking the supplier and consumer address and put them into a map API (preferable gMaps) and from that calculate the approximate delivery time. 6. Lottery a. A lottery function has to be incorporated in the site. 7. Advertising like Google adds within the site a. Suppliers will have the option of sponsoring his product so that they will receive a higher rank on the side internally. 8. Multi-language upkeep of catalogues a. Babel fish translation on the fly when creating new or editing entries. 9. Shopping cart system with secure payment application. a. Cash b. Credit-card c. Credit account d. Points 10.
