We have developed a highly innovative spreadsheet-based product designed for parents to help their kids learn the times tables. The product produces any set of times tables at the click of a button and can generate different numbers of tables to be tested entirely at random. That is, each click of a button (62 buttons in total? across all 12 times tables) will generate a new set of tables to be tested. A colour coding system will provide the kids with automatic feedback about the correctness of their answer. Through a combination of showing and testing, it is very effective in developing these skills in young kids just starting to learn the times tables.
This product will be sold primarily by way of online download and we now want a series of five 350 to 500 word articles to use as part of the marketing effort. These articles should each take a different and interesting angle, but each should canvass research or other material which demonstrates that repeated parentally supervised testing and self-testing produces superior results in maths-related learning activities in general, and in learning the times tables in particular.
All work must be 100% original and all research referenced must be sourced - academic journals, professional papers, etc. Full ownership will vest in the buyer upon payment and we will be free to use this material as we see fit. We will be recorded as the originators of the work.
Please provide examples of work of a similar or relevant nature. Bids without this will not be considered.
