We are hiring a Customer Service Representative to manage customer queries and complaints. You will also be asked to process orders, modifications, and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels. To do well in this role you need to be able to remain calm when customers are frustrated and have experience working with computers.

Hi, I would like to apply for your Customer Service Representative position. My rate is CAD20 per hour and I can commit to work up to 40 hours per week. I have owned and operated several small businesses, all of which have required dealing with customers with complaints and queries. I had an over 95% success rate in dealing with these situations and left customers satisfied that their issues or queries had been dealt with to their satisfaction. Unfortunately, not every customer can be appeased or satisfied. In these few instances, none of the aggrieved customers left thinking badly about our business. Having lived and studied in English speaking countries for over 35 years, I am a native English speaker and writer. I speak with a neutral accent and I have a decent conversational voice and tone. My grammar, punctuation and spelling skills are excellent and my work is meticulous and accurate. I have a simple and direct writing style and I am able to express myself clearly and succinctly. Character wise, I would describe myself as calm and collected and I am able to work well under pressure and unsupervised. I am also an excellent problem solver, researcher and a quick learner. Punctuality is a must for me and I always arrive at least 10 minutes early for appointments.
