We are seeking a dynamic individual to provide administrative and accounts payable support to a Successful Company. Successful candidates will have strong organizational and communication skills, be computer savvy, must be flexible and adapt to work in an energetic and demanding team environment. The ideal candidate will be given an opportunity to work in a variety of areas, learn the industry, and learn how to juggle multiple tasks. This is a great chance to learn and grow in accounting! All our new employees will be getting a bonus reward during the probation period Monday-Saturday, (20 hours per week) Benefits package includes: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, Voluntary Life & AD&D Insurance, H.S.A., Employee Assistance Program Requirements: - Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office & strong computer skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Customer service & teamwork skills - Strong organizational & planning skills - Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task & prioritize work - Attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Personal initiative - Flexibility
