What kind of battery product is your client importing? UL standards gets harder if its Li-ion batteries used for high power device like Electric Scooter, bikes, or things of that nature like UL9540, etc. You need to ship the batteries separately, disconnected and safe. If you are looking for code compliance for battery operated device then that too needs to meet certain UL code based on the product.
