Specialty Pressure/Power Washing Job - Local Marketing

My name is Dan and I work with a marketing agency that specializes in the hospitality industry. We are running the launch campaign for a client that is opening a restaurant in San Francisco, and I would like to inquire about a specialty pressure washing job. As part of the launch, our client will be operating several pop-up restaurants throughout the months of October + November. To build local hype around the brand and the pop-ups we would like to, using a pressure washer, stencil the company logo into the sidewalk in the vicinity of the pop-ups' locations - we were thinking a 2-3 block radius - on either Saturday October 28th, or Sunday, October 29th. We will be procuring the stencil (sized roughly 15 x 20, image attached), and your only obligation would be to pressure wash the logo in the areas near the locations. We would like to inquire about 2 separate locations - though they are close together - with 1 hour of work per location, so 2 hours of work total.
