I Need a Coder For Subscription Based Sign Up Page

I have a Shopify Store that is in the midst of being created but I need assistance in developing the sign up page. This is a subscription based website, that will have a variety of drop down menus to determine customer's need. It will also need to pull data from an outside source to show price comparisons (I am in the midst of compiling this data). I would like someone to manage this site for me and want someone financially vested in the company if I had my choice. I'd be more than happy to pay a small fee and give a percentage of the company away to ensure I have your full attention when needed.
