Our business designs and manufactures composite facades. We need someone to help do some final detailing on our panels. About 30% of them are done already, so we just need the same to be done to the rest. It ought to be around 1 day of work. The process involves taking some CAD of ribs that are bonded to the back of our panels, that is currently modeled about 50% complete, and finish it off. The process involves: - Offsetting reference surfaces of the panel skin by 10mm (to simulate the panel thickness - the panels are only modelled as surfaces) - Trimming the ribs surfaces to account for the panel thickness - Thickening (making solid) the rib surface by an amount of 7mm. Go 3.5mm out in both directions. - Split the ribs where they intersect (keeping the vertical ribs in one piece and splitting the horizontals ones, as much as possible). And provide a gap between ribs at the intersections of 3mm, for glue to fill during manufacture. In the attached model snapshot, the 'cyan' panels are complete and should be used as a point of reference. The 'red' panels need completing. We require them by end of next week (31/07/2020).
