I will do the job in edgecam or others, perfectly for 250 pounds . I have great experience in using Solidcam (not popular but good software) ,HSMWORKS a little bit Powermill. I have 5 years experience in 3-axis milling machine ( not 10 ) I have only a little experience in 5-axis. I have high C1-C2 English level. I know and understand the HSM and HSS techniques and I have deep understanding of cutting theory. I have some experience in CNC technicians management and training too. .............................. I am an engineer and I always read and watch about the new machining techniques and technologies. I can evaluate ( rate ) the programme depending of many factors, machining time, tool wear, overall aggressiveness, surface finish, tolerance and heat-shrink dimensional errors ..
