We need a CNC turning/boring program for an Okuma twin spindle vertical lathe which has a OSP-P300LA controller. A solid model (.stp) of the machined ring is attached. We would like a single program for each of (2) operations. Operation 1 will be to face ring to cleanup and finish turn OD. Operation 2 will be to face ring to thickness and finish bore ID. The attached model is drawn to the middle of the tolerances and we have +/-0.010" on all dimensions. The average starting material size is 7-1/4" OD by 4-1/4" ID by 5" long. Need is immediate, parts are in-shop and ready to load. Please reply with any questions.
