Program USART touchscreen based on commands in attached file

Hi, I'm an electronic engineer with more than 5 years of experience in embedded systems designing. I read the your attached document, and unfortunaltely it is in a different language. But I think I can understand the content of it as it is mostly programming. I can see wehen we send the command it draws stuff on the display so it's straight forward job for me. I wont need technical help from you, but I need translation help on the document. Hi, We have substantial experience in Device Drivers and IoT development (over 10 years). We checked the command manual which you have shared. It is into Dutch language, by the grace of Google Translator, I understood most of the commands. It would be helpful if you can share this in English language once we start the project.
