Hi, I have some experience troubleshooting email. The first thing would be to check the email setup of the account you are using and see if fixing the email records will solve the problem. Another option is to use a third party service. I have used mailgun in the past with success when emails were going into SPAM. HI this could be due to many reasons. DKIM setup, SPF setup, Your domain noticed as a spaming domain, Your mail server ip got blacklisted as a spaming ip, Email content and etc. So what i can do is I can check your server and tell you what is really happening. If it is a issue with IP or mail server we can't use it anymore and you would need your own mail server hosted. I can help you installed a new mail server with new set of ips so your software need to connect to new smtp (mail server ) in order to send emails I really can't check what is the cause for this issue without checking properly thanks Patzz
