DotNetCore POC to gather system information

Hello Developers, I would like to hire someone with experience in DotNet Core 2.0 (Windows platform) to develop a POC for me which gathers the following: - System memory - Used memory (and here I do not mean simply summing the processes) - Paged memory pool - Non-paged memory pool - System cache - Avaliable memmory - Used memory percentage - CPU utilization in percents (so I want to see how may percent the CPU cores are working) - per core - total I do not plan to run DotNet Core in any other platform than Windows Server 2016.
