I can convert the two projects into a C# .Net Core Web API as back-end and VueJS (preferred) or ReactJS as front-end for web publish. We can also reuse the REST API for mobile development. And use Vuex for VueJS (preferred) or ReactNative for ReactJS. But I do need to know if the two projects can be open in order to read the code and its business logic.

Hi, as mentioned it has two projects with MFC GUI, can be converted as windows/wep app. other .dll project can be converted to c# dll. both can be converted into C#.NET for better maintain and deployment process.
